We use what we call the total package selection model, a comprehensive system that includes placement, assimilation and coaching.

  • We provide an unprecedented twelve-month guarantee on our placements, because we understand what sustainable performance truly means.

  • We offer to complete a new manager’s assimilation process within the first 30 days of employment as part of our fee.

  • In addition, as part of our fee, we provide an executive coach for one year in order to ensure retention of the candidate and fulfillment of his or her leadership responsibilities as expected.

  • We limit our searches to 36 per year, at most, in order to provide each client with personalized attention.
