We use what we call the total package selection model, a comprehensive system that includes placement, assimilation and coaching.
The Pine Valley Resources Guarantee
We provide an unprecedented twelve-month guarantee on our placements, because we understand what sustainable performance truly means.
We offer to complete a new manager’s assimilation process within the first 30 days of employment as part of our fee.
In addition, as part of our fee, we provide an executive coach for one year in order to ensure retention of the candidate and fulfillment of his or her leadership responsibilities as expected.
We limit our searches to 36 per year, at most, in order to provide each client with personalized attention.
